Original Paintings purchased from the Online Shop

Paintings will be carefully packaged for sending using recycled materials where possible. They will usually be dispatched within 5 working days and will be sent via Royal Mail on the signed for delivery service.  Shipping costs to UK destinations have been included in the overall price.  For other destinations, additional charges will apply.

Should you prefer to collect the piece, please contact us directly. Local delivery may also be possible in some cases.

Prints purchased from the Online Shop

Fine art prints are sourced on request and should arrive within 7 days of the order (*if a more urgent turn around is needed, please let us know). All prices include UK shipping costs. (For delivery to other destinations, additional costs will apply). Prints up to A4 in size are sent flat packed and prints larger than A4 are sent rolled in a tube. All prints are protected with acid free sheets.

*In the current circumstances, please allow extra time for Royal Mail delivery (dated November 2020)

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you would like to make a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you have notified us of your return, outlining the reasons for this, you then have 14 days to ship the item. The item must be returned in the original state, protected with the original packaging and you will be responsible for the return postage cost (tracked postage is recommended).
